Pragmatic Knowledge Institute Cancellation and Refund Policy.
TERMS FOR Seminars: (For all face-to-face seminars)
Cancellation can be made 14 or more days prior to the first day of the program without penalty. Cancellations within 13 to 7 days prior to the course will be charged 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations within 6 days will be charged 100% of the registration fee. In the event a program is cancelled by the PRAGAMTIC KNOWLEDGE INSTITUTE, those who registered may choose to have the fee credited for transfer to another course or receive a full refund. All calendar dates related to these policies are expressed in terms of United States Eastern Time.
The PRAGAMTIC KNOWLEDGE INSTITUTE regrets it cannot be responsible for any loss or damages incurred as a result of cancellation for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, airfare and penalties. Please call the Program Director prior to making nonrefundable airline reservations to verify that the course is being conducted.
