Pragmatic Systems Thinking – This one-day seminar explains how to use systems thinking in a way that drives the creation of new knowledge. The first half of this course reviews the basic principles of systems thinking and then the remainder of the course is dedicated to applying systems thinking for both individual knowledge-creation and organizational learning.

Monday November 5 – Location - Hartford
Knowledge Leadership – This one-day seminar examines the role of the knowledge leader in creating and sustaining a knowledge-based organization. Factors to be considered are individual knowledge-leadership styles, organizational culture, knowledge strategy, and leading the transformation to becoming a Pragmatic knowledge-based organization.

January 15-19 Stowe, Vermont Price $3,000*
Pragmatic Leader Course – This is a one week intensive course that prepares participants for becoming a Certified Pragmatic Leader. Attendance at all five days of classes is required except in cases where PKI courses have been completed in the past year. The payments made for any prior classes taken in the prior year will be deducted from the certification course tuition of $3,000. Registrants will receive certification from the Pragmatic Knowledge Institute as a Knowledge Leader.
