Factors to be considered are individual knowledge-leadership styles, organizational culture, knowledge strategy, and leading the transformation to becoming a Pragmatic knowledge-based organization.

Pragmatic Leader Course – This is a one week intensive course that prepares participants for becoming a Certified Pragmatic Leader. Attendance at all five days of classes is required except in cases where PKI courses have been completed in the past year. The payments made for any prior classes taken in the prior year will be deducted from the certification course tuition of $3,000. Registrants will receive certification from the Pragmatic Knowledge Institute as a Knowledge Leader.
