Center for Executive Knowledge
The Center for Executive Knowledge offers seminars that provide new options for thinking strategically about creating sustainable competitive advantages for organizations. These seminars provide leaders with conceptual frameworks, methods, and tools based on the Pragmatic approach to performance improvement. A wide variety of applications are covered, including raising organizational effectiveness, reducing waste, increasing customer value, and spurring innovation. Seminars are offered throughout the year in various locations. Three of these courses employ computer simulations as the focal point of the seminar. One of these courses, Pragmatic Strategic Thinking for Executives is offered in its entirety as an online course. Center for Leadership, Education, and Coaching Knowledge
The Center for Education and Coaching provides seminars and training designed for business and not-for-profit leaders, educators, and life coaches. These programs help leaders to move further toward becoming true knowledge-leaders. By learning how to simply create Pragmatic knowledge from personal experiences leaders can improve both personal and organizational effectiveness. Many such leaders hold the vision of transforming their organizations toward becoming a knowledge-based organization. These innovative seminars feature concepts, tools, and methods presented in the leading book on knowledge leadership: Knowledge Leadership: The Art and Science of the Knowledge-based Organization (Cavaleri and Seivert, 2005) Participants learn to use various proprietary self-assessment tools, such as The Knowledge Bias Profile® and Core Leadership Profile®. Additionally, programs to certify executive or life coaches in the Pragmatic Leadership Development method or the Core Learning method are offered. Center for Life Knowledge
The Center for Life Knowledge offers a variety of one-day seminars for personal development building on the foundations of Pragmatic knowledge. These courses provide a method that offers a practical way to improve your own personal effectiveness by putting the Pragmatic method to work for you. This Pragmatic approach to increasing one’s personal effectiveness is a knowledge-based approach that helps you to clarify what you know about what works best in your life to get the results you most truly desire. Center for Wellness Knowledge
This center offers seminars designed to help people to heighten their self-awareness of what works best for them to create a deeper sense of well being and vitality. Our approach to developing self-knowledge focuses on achieving a harmony among the forces in one’s life. These seminars feature many leading experts on wellness as guest speakers to offer diverse views on ways of promoting your personal wellness.
